Please read these terms carefully before enrolling in any course at AR Institute. Your education is a partnership based on mutual respect and commitment.

1. Enrollment & Admission

By enrolling in a course at AR Institute, you agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the institute.

Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The institute reserves the right to reject an application without assigning any reason.
Students must provide accurate information during the registration process.

2. Fees & Payments

All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan approved by the administration.

Non-Refundable: Registration fees are non-refundable.
Late Fees: A fine may be imposed for late fee submission.
Refund Policy: Course fees are refundable only if a request is made within the first 3 days of classes (deductions may apply).

3. Attendance & Conduct

We maintain a professional learning environment.

80% attendance is mandatory to be eligible for certification.
Any student found engaging in misconduct or damaging institute property will be expelled immediately without refund.
Mobile phones must be kept on silent during lectures.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including slides, videos, and assignments, are the intellectual property of AR Institute.

Students are not allowed to share, sell, or distribute course materials.
Recording lectures without permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Certification

Certificates are awarded based on performance and attendance.

Completion of final projects is mandatory for certification.
Certificates will be issued within 30 days of course completion.
